Publish 24 AEO-optimized pieces
Publish at least 24 articles or schema corrections through the platform over 12 months — approximately 2 per month. This is the compounding action that builds citation coverage over time.
Implement at least 80% of corrections
Deploy at least 80% of the schema and content corrections surfaced by AEOracle within 30 days of each recommendation. These corrections are designed to directly improve AEO score and citation potential.
Submit Bing AI Performance baseline within 30 days
Upload your Bing Webmaster Tools AI Performance CSV and a screenshot of the dashboard within the first month. This creates the documented baseline for total citations and cited pages that AEOracle measures against at month 12.
4 quarterly measurement reviews
Log in and review the perception dashboard at least once per quarter. This ensures corrections are being deployed, new recommendations are being acted on, and measurement data is current.
Maintain site stability
No domain migrations, major URL restructuring, or robots.txt blocks without notifying support. These events reset how answer engines index content and are outside the scoring methodology's control.

If targets are still not met after 15 months total, AEOracle issues a full refund of the annual subscription fee.
Exclusions
The guarantee does not apply in the following situations:
Sites in industries with AI content restrictions (adult content, regulated pharmaceuticals, online gambling)
Sites with fewer than 50 indexable pages at subscription start
Accounts that cancel before the 12-month period ends
Sites under active search engine penalty or deindexing at subscription start
Failure to meet the minimum commitments listed above
Accounts that cancel and resubscribe to reset the guarantee period
Legal
This guarantee applies to active annual subscriptions on the Professional or Enterprise plan that include the guarantee option. The guarantee period begins on the date of subscription activation and expires 12 months later. Eligibility is verified by AEOracle at time of claim. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. This guarantee is offered by AEOracle and is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in our Terms of Service. AEOracle reserves the right to modify or discontinue this guarantee for new subscriptions with 30 days' notice. Existing guarantee subscribers are unaffected by changes made after their subscription start date.
